Who it is for
Where a big screen on wheels makes sense
We do not sell "LED equipment". We solve specific situations where hundreds of people on site need to see you at once.
How it works
Four steps from enquiry to first picture
- 1
You ask about a date
Fill in the form or call. Location, date and type of event are enough. Within 24 hours we confirm availability and send a price.
- 2
We agree the details
Power, access route, what will run on the screen, sound, camera. We prepare a simple order and invoice your company with standard payment terms.
- 3
We arrive and set up
The technician arrives early, levels the trailer, raises the screen and connects the signal. From arrival to first picture usually takes 30 minutes.
- 4
We stay with you
You do not have to think about the screen during the event — the technician stays at the trailer, watches the wind, switches inputs, then packs up and leaves.

Who is behind it
The backing of an AV company, not just a trailer
LED Trailer is run by VIDEORENT s.r.o. of Jindřichův Hradec — a sister brand of Videorent, which hires out and operates video and LED equipment for events. Camera, vision mixing, streaming, sound and lighting from a single supplier.
- Invoicing with standard payment terms
- Public liability insurance
- Certified MILOS trailer, made in the Czech Republic
- One technician as your contact for the whole event
Want to see the trailer live?
Arrange a demo day in Jindřichův Hradec or at your venue — we set the screen up, you measure it and try your content. References from the first 2026 season are being added as we go; until then: come and see it.

Is the screen visible in direct sunlight?
Yes. An outdoor LED screen at roughly 5,000 nits is readable even at midday — that is the main difference from projecting onto a screen. The best result is with the screen turned so the sun is not in the viewers' eyes; the screen rotates 360°.
How much power do you need, and what if there is none on site?
As standard, a 400 V / 32 A (CEE 5-pin, 3P+N+PE) supply within 30 m. Peak draw is up to 10 kW, on average around 4 kW. Without a supply we bring a silent 20 kVA generator including fuel at an extra charge of CZK 5,900/day.
How much space does the trailer need?
A roughly level area of 8 × 12 m (6.5 m trailer + 4.9 m outriggers extended + working space). An access route 3 m wide and 2.5 m high — the van + trailer combination is about 13 m long.
How long does set-up take?
Raising the screen takes up to 10 minutes; allow 30 minutes in total from arrival to first picture including levelling, power and signal. Pack-down is similarly quick.
What if it is windy or raining?
Rain is not a problem — the screen is rated IP65. The trailer is certified to EN 13814 up to 72 km/h; the technician measures the wind with an anemometer and lowers the screen if the limit is exceeded. If the event cannot go ahead because of wind, we charge transport only.
Is the operator included?
Yes, the technician stays at the trailer for the whole event — set-up, switching inputs, watching the wind, pack-down. We do not hire out the trailer without an operator.
Have a date? We will confirm it within 24 hours.
Send us the location, date and type of event. We will send a price and hold the trailer for you until you decide.
