Terms worth knowing
Booking
We hold the date once you approve the quote by e-mail. No deposit for municipalities and registered companies; 30% for first orders from private individuals.
Cancellation
Free up to 14 days before the event. 13–3 days: 30% of the price. Less than 72 hours: 50%. On the day, once we have set off: 100%.
Weather
Rain is no reason to cancel — the screen is IP65. In wind above 72 km/h we have to lower the screen; if the event cannot go ahead because of that, we charge transport only.
Operating hours
The day price includes up to 10 hours of screen operation. Longer running (e.g. until 2 am) can be agreed in advance at an extra charge.
Invoicing
We invoice after the event with 14-day payment terms (municipalities per their own rules). Prices are excl. 21% VAT. EU VAT reverse charge applies to VAT-registered businesses outside the Czech Republic.
What you need to arrange
A clear area of 8 × 12 m, a 400 V/32 A supply (or a generator from us), the permit for use of the site and any content licences.
