How it works

From enquiry to first picture

We have built the whole process to cost you as few e-mails as possible. Here is exactly what happens after you send the form.

  1. Day 0

    Enquiry

Form or phone. We need the date, location and type of event. If you do not know the details yet, that is fine — we will ask.

  2. Within 24 h

    Date confirmed and price

We check the availability of the trailer and technician and send a PDF quote listing what is included and what we need from you.

  3. On approval

    Booking

We hold the date. We confirm the order by e-mail; for municipalities we follow your procedure. The quote comes from our system, the invoice after the event.

  4. 2 weeks before

    Site and content preparation

We go through the site plan (where the trailer stands, access route, where the power is). You send the content, we prepare the loop and templates. We agree licences and the site permit — see below for who handles what.

  5. Event day, −2 h

    Arrival and set-up

The technician arrives early, levels the trailer, raises the screen, connects power and signal. From arrival to first picture usually takes 30 minutes.

  6. During the event

    Operation

The technician stays at the trailer, switches inputs, watches the wind and deals with anything to do with the picture. You deal with the programme.

  7. After the event

    Pack-down and invoice

We fold the screen within 15 minutes and leave. The invoice follows with supporting documents (photos, running times).
