What data and why

From the enquiry form we process your name, contact details, organisation name, event details and the content of your message. The purpose is to handle the enquiry, prepare a quote and perform any resulting contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in keeping records of business communication (Art. 6(1)(f)). For technical reasons we also store the IP address and time of submission to protect the form against abuse.

Where the data is kept

Enquiries are stored in an internal system hosted on servers in the EU. We do not pass them to third parties other than the processors who run our servers and e-mail. Data for our sister brand Videorent and for LED Trailer is managed together in one system.

How long

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 2 years. Data relating to an order is kept for the period required by accounting and tax legislation (10 years).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to info@ledtrailer.cz. You may also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
